Greatly enjoyed central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room. As for me, wake-up service available, and decent views were advantages. The helpful service and the attention to detail!

This is a hotel go-to for Tokyo! The room is spotless and new-fashioned, comes with hair brush and toiletries, as for instance. It has very central location and walk from a bus stop. You could walk to a bakery and a drugstore.

Their breakfast is nothing fancy, can be way much better.

Truly enjoyed our a twin room with 2 bigger beds. There were central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe box if needed. The location was great, for example, an immersive observation deck was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff were all pleasant and outstandingly accommodating.

I had neat room complete with an extra bed and a complementary local phone and toothbrush.

Great and perfect location in Toshima district really close to airport limousine bus at the doorstep and major department stores like Lumine. Large breakfast with lots of superb food.

He provided me with not only helpful information about the hotel but also offered care and concern when my son had a medical emergency. Mr. Nakatani even accompanied us to the hospital, sacrificing his own rest time to ensure our well-being. His dedication, knowledge, and work ethic truly exemplify the commitment to exceptional service that Hotel Metropolitan embodies. I am grateful for his assistance and for having such a remarkable staff member at the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Metropolitan for its outstanding service standards and the presence of committed staff like Mr. Nakatani.

Service staff needs to improve their English - it was greatly disappointing that the Japanese restuarant service people could not communicate in English and a fellow dinner who is Japanese had to step in to help us order our meal. The restuarant manager was useless too - no customer focus - he spoke english but did not come forward to help. Consider adding in English menus as this hotel caters to quite a high number of intnl clientele ...
